Protein adsorption and functional hybrid carriers

Young Investigator Training Programme (YITP) award

On September 21st-25th, 2021, a conference Interfaces From new materials to life science – Structure, Interactions, Dynamics and Activity took place, on which the results of our research Poly(amidoamine) dendrimers as nanocarriers for anticancer drugs and their interactions with plasma proteins were presented by PhD student Magdalena Szota. During the conference, she participated in a competition organized by the Center for Colloid and Surface Science (CSGI) and won the Young Investigator Training Programme (YITP) award allowing her a month-long internship in an Italian Research Centre associated with the Interfaces Conference.
